You have a maximum of 30 days to make changes and to request guarantees. In order to make a change, the original product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, it must be in perfect condition and cannot have been used. Underwear (panties, bras, boxers, shorts, socks) cannot be exchanged. Promotional items cannot be exchanged. For exchange policies, cash is not refunded, a code or virtual voucher is generated to be redeemed within the site. Exchanges of garments are made for the value actually paid. Ways to request an exchange of garment: Send the exchange request within the first 30 business days after receiving the order to the email: hello@mijashop.com with personal information, MIJA will contact you and the exchange will be made.
